Join us for our training event to gain an understanding of RPMN and Adopt A Rare Plant in Southwest Oregon, our monitoring protocols, and species priorities for 2025. This training is recommended as a refresher for returning volunteers, and required for new volunteers. If you can’t make the event, please contact us for a pre-recorded version. The 2025 training will be held in-person at the Selberg Institute, 9 miles south of Ashland, Oregon. We will also offer an option to join live via Zoom. Registration is required either way.

We will monitor Lomatium cookii (Cook’s desert parsley) at a site near Central Point, Oregon. Registration is required. If plant phenology is delayed, we will move this event to April 16.

- Completed the RPMN volunteer training and are able to use the app (email tuula@understoryinitiative.org if you are not sure)
- Signed the Waiver and Site Security Agreement
