Southern Oregon Monarchs and Pollinators Initiative
Enhancing Pollinator Habitat on Private Lands

Program Overview:
Through this program, The Understory Initiative collaborates with private landowners to create or enhance pollinator habitat on their land, create additional native seed production sites, and help landowners prepare or amend restoration plans to incorporate native seeding on their property.
Through our partnership with the Partners for Fish & Wildlife and the Southwest Oregon Pollinator Collaborative, we work to increase native seed supply and provide technical assistance for landowners while bridging funding gaps.
This program is in its final year and will be phased out. Please visit our new Private Lands Technical Assistance program page if you’re a landowner looking to build habitat! Additionally, see the resources linked below.
